Before graduating with a law degree in December 2020, Bryce Carpenter launched Proactive Sports Agency, where he served as an NBA agent. Since 2023, Bryce Carpenter has served as the chief legal officer for the Personal Injury Law Group, which is based in Austin, Texas.

In his role as an NBA agent, Mr. Carpenter represented several basketball players who were based overseas and secured placements for three players in the G League. He helped his clients receive lucrative deals and was involved with all aspects of representation, including contract negotiations and client relations. He then worked full-time as a pre-litigation personal injury attorney with Thomas J. Henry Law for four months, beginning in May 2021. Following that, he spent five months with the Daspit Law Firm. In 2022, Mr. Carpenter launched another venture, the Law Offices of Bryce Carpenter, where he represented clients until 2024.

As an attorney and chief legal officer of the Personal Injury Law Group, Mr. Carpenter is heavily involved with representation strategies and settlement negotiations. He works closely with a team of attorneys, ensuring that clients’ cases are resolved successfully through the collective expertise of his team. His work also takes him into the community, where he participates in community outreach and educational projects related to personal injury, reflecting the firm’s commitment to public welfare and legal awareness.

Mr. Carpenter is a member of the Austin Young Lawyers Association. He also is an ambassador for the organization Kicks 4 the City, which provides shoes for people in need in nine US cities, as well as in Ghana.
